Youth empowerment is an attitudinal, structural, and cultural process whereby young people evolve and gain the ability, self-esteem and confidence to make decisions. Through these decisions, they can change their own lives as well as the lives of other people in the society. Suprayas seeks to aid this process through mentoring and other inputs.
Suprayas was conceived with the noble intention of uplifting this core segment of the society, which is the back bone and future of the entire family.
In today's information age, when our youth, an energetic and dynamic generation is overloaded with the Information that has created many intricacies in their minds. At Suprayas, while mentoring and providing adequate clarifications, justifications to our youth, we like to bring confidence and self esteem in them. With their empowered souls and minds and with focused vision they can accelerate their own growth thus becoming a contributor to the society and nation.
Objective
- Contribute significantly to the Society by skilling/ up skilling youth through imparting short-term Modular Employable Skills (MES) and enhancing their capacity as Centers of Excellence (CoE).
- To function as a charitable society dedicated towards uplifting and empowerment of adolescents and youth

- To prioritize initiatives to fill the gap between campuses to corporate through industry focused training programs.
- To counsel, mentor and guide youth from underprivileged sections of society and remote regions of the country thereby enabling them to move out of poverty and convert them into employable workforce.
